Very legitimate Israeli Hummus. I also like the Oren's eggplant side dish that really does taste like a vegetarian chopped chicken liver. My one gripe is with the Hummus with mushrooms dish. I love this menu item but the mushrooms are too big to be comfortable scooped with hummus and there aren't enough mushrooms to get some with every bite; the mushrooms need to be quartered. I have had this argument with multiple servers and been told that they don't have the ability to cut the mushrooms in the kitchen. I don't even understand what that means.

I fell in love with mediterranean food after eating here for the first time. Food: 5 stars I always order the chicken skewers with hummus, sweet potato fries, and whole-wheat pita. It's very filling and a little heavy if you don't know how to control your appetite. It will hurt so good. The beef skewers are juicy, equally delicious, but heavier. Atmosphere: 5 stars The communal tables are nice, and seeing the busy waiters/waitresses running around is actually very comforting. It's a nice place for a casual,Friday night dinner date. Service: 4 stars The servers are very friendly, but there is usually a long line to get seated. The wait isn't bad, however, since people get in and get out. Delivery is very quick (expect ~15 minute wait).

After numerous return visits, Oren's has never disappointed me -- in fact, it's impressed me enough that I came back to give it 5 stars this time! The hummus is simply delicious, the falafel is the best I've had in the Bay, and the prices are very reasonable for Uni Ave. The one caveat is the line. Come during off hours and you'll cut the wait from 30+ min to zero!

I think i ordered all the wrong dishes when i came here because i wasn't blow away! i ordered the beef kabob with hummus and sweet potato fries. I think the fries were really good but i wasn't blown away by the hummus or the meat, it was a little dry in my opinion. i don't really have much to say other than it's very filling, so you will definitely get full off an entree or even a sandwich. And there's unlimited pita bread if you sit and eat there, but none if you take it to go. the place gets pretty popular around dinner time so i suggested going a little bit early.

This place doesn't need any more awesome reviews, but I can't help it. Sooo good!! My friend and I shared a Hummus Triangle and babaganush. This was our first time, so we quickly realized this was more than enough for two, especially with the bottomless pita bread. I've never eaten so much hummus in one sitting, but I wanted it to keep going! The fava topping the hummus was amaaazing, I'm just going to get that next time. And the babaganush had a really interesting and unexpected smoky flavor that I've never experienced with other babaganushes I've had. They do not lie when they say it's fire-roasted. We went around 7 on a Friday and didn't have to wait at all, which was another huge plus, but larger parties were having difficulties. And hopefully this doesn't change as this place becomes more and more popular, as it should!

The Humus and the chicken and mozy's rice bowl are my favorites. They got the best humus!

The food is delicious. The best hummus I have ever had. I love the hummus with seasoned beef on top, and the hummus with tahini drizzled over it. The falafel, babaganoush, and tabouleh are also delicious. The yam fries are the best in town. I love that they are baking the pita, fresh in house. A nice, warm family restaurant.

Food came out cold.. Beef kabob was dry, was not a fan. Mushroom hummus was pretty good. Not a 4 star deserving hummus shop however.

One of the best non-Chinese food I have. We ordered hummus classic and Beef Kabab Both taste good and Tahini tastes sort of like sesame
